Heya! I’m Maxkay123, but you can call me Maxkay or simply Max! I'm an art student and I like to draw cats a lot! I am asexual and my pronouns are she/her.I am most comfortable drawing feral animals such as cats and dogs but have been improving my skills in drawing furries/anthro and human characters! I am a very causal furry who owns two fursuits and am trying to reach out to the community more!I am most available on Twitter and Discord.I use Clip Studio Paint Pro for digital art and animations and am currently seeking a new program for video editing. I use a Huion New 1060 Plus graphic tablet.My current interests are Warrior Cats, The Legend of Zelda, Pokemon, Avatar: The Last Airbender/The Legend of Korra, and Fire Emblem!

• You MUST have an image reference of your character, no written descriptions. AI-generated images or characters are not allowed.
• I am not likely to accept ship art or pieces with more than one character in a single piece.
• All completed commissions will have a transparent, solid color, or simple background. Complex backgrounds and scenes are not currently available.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
The terms of service may be adjusted at any moment without any notice.Me, I, my = The artist, Maxkay123
You, your = The client

I. CONTACT
Please contact or message me through my socials and include:• Type of commission
• Reference images of any sort (no written descriptions, AI images are not allowed)
• A specified pose or expression if desired (if no pose/expression is stated, it will be the artist’s choice)
• Any additional details I need to know, such as personality, history, or notes on how they should be portrayedLimit one character per commission slot, but you may commission me as many times as the available slots allow. I will not accept commissions that are under a deadline.I will accept holds on slots up to 48 hours (2 days). After this, they will reopen if I do not receive any response or update. You may reclaim slots as long as there are any available.You must be 16 or older to commission me. I will reject commissions from clients under 16 if the age is posted publicly, but I will not ask for or require proof of age.II. PAYMENT
I’ll confirm your commission and message or email you my PayPal address once I accept the commission. I will always ask the payment to be sent up front and in full unless I state that I will accept payment after a sketch. I will not accept payments using any form of cryptocurrency or ‘exposure’ and will blacklist you if you do so.The prices listed may change without notice. The price of a commission may increase slightly if a character is complex.
By reading this TOS, you can receive a 20% discount on your commission by including the emojis “✏️🐈” in your commission order as a thanks for reading my TOS! This can only be used once per person.If I accept your commission, please have your payment ready or be available to answer any questions. If I do not receive payment after 72 hours (3 days) from when I sent my payment details, I will cancel the commission unless you have told me a specific time or date when you will send the payment.III. PROCESS
I will not start any commission that I requested to be paid upfront (or continue a commission after I requested payment after you have approved the sketch) until I have received the payment in full.Generally, I work on a first-come, first-served basis. I will always send one work-in-progress (WIP) sketch for approval before I continue with the commission and will always send more WIPs or updates when requested.
Turnaround time can range from five days to two weeks after the commission was paid for but can change depending on complexity, current queue, or life circumstances.When I am finished with a commission, I will send the full, unwatermarked, and uncompressed pieces and can send compressed or resized pieces if requested. I will accept only minor edits to the lineart and base colors.IV. USAGE
I may post the finished work to my socials or use the piece as an example in my portfolio. I will also tag or mention your username and the location where I received the commission. If you wish to stay anonymous or don’t want me to upload the completed commission publicly, please tell me before the commission is complete.You may freely use, repost, or edit your commission however you like for personal use, but you MUST credit me as Maxkay123 and link back to one of my socials or tag one of my accounts on a respective site. I own all rights to the unaltered original artwork I have created.You cannot claim the original artwork I have drawn as your own or by someone other than me. You cannot sell or use the commissioned artwork for commercial use or monetary gain without my permission. You do not have the right to mint or sell any piece of artwork I have created for NFT or other cryptocurrency or upload or use any art for Artificial Intelligence training, prompts, or generated images.V. REFUNDS
I will accept full refunds before and during the sketch phase. I will not accept refunds after you have approved the sketch and allowed me to continue working on the commission to completion.I have the right to cancel or reject a commission for any reason or at any time. If I must cancel a commission that is in progress, I will immediately refund the full payment back to you. I have the right to refuse service to people for any reason and if severe enough, may put you on a blacklist.

CUSTOM DESIGN AND ADOPT TOS

You own all rights to the character of any custom designs or adopts I have created. Please credit me for the original character creation. You may modify or redesign any part of the design or character and use it however you wish. However, I own the rights to the original artwork of the design, and it cannot be used for commercial use without my permission.Custom designs and adopts can be sold at any time and at any price for whatever you believe it is worth, be it higher or lower than what you originally paid.
